Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 lb penne pasta or similar
  • 3 pieces Genoa salami reduce 1/2 in . thick pieces and cubed
  • 1 mug halved pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup moderate banana pepper pieces, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup halved dark olives
  • 8 ounce mozzarella, cubed
  • 1/2 mug julienne reduce sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup cut red onion
  • 1/2 cup newly chopped basil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • pinch reddish pepper flakes optional

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup burgandy or merlot wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic clove powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3/4 cup additional virgin essential olive oil
  • Sodium and pepper to taste

Instructions

Salad

  1. Cook pasta in accordance with package instructions.
  2. Drain under cool water. Reserve to cool
  3. Once pasta offers cooled, include pasta to a big bowl alongside remaining salad components.
  4. If not helping the salad immediately, chill salad until prepared to serve.

Dressing

  1. Add all of the dressing ingredients aside from the essential olive oil inside a blender or meals processor.
  2. While machine will be running slowly flow in essential olive oil.
  3. Continue to mix until combined.
  4. Season dressing up with sodium and pepper.
  5. When prepared to function toss pasta salad with dressing up.
  6. Time of year pasta salad with extra sodium and pepper if essential to taste.

Recipe Notes

I recommend making dressing up in advance to permit the flavors to essentially blend collectively. When prepared to serve pour a lot of the dressing up over salad. Toss to coating.
